Hybrid Dogs

My hubby loves dogs. He had a dog named Max that loved to act crazy and play. I, on the other hand, am afraid of dogs but after my hubby told me the stories of his dog and many instances of dogs being really helpful to people I maybe changing my mind. Some dogs are really cute especially the labradoodle. I saw the president’s dog Bo on TV and he looks really cute and cuddly. They say that a labradoodle is a mix between a labrador and a poodle. The dogs that are cross bred between two pure bred dogs are called hybrid dogs. My hubby is thinking of getting a dog one of these days because we currently don’t have any pets and the labradoodle is irresistible.

My Funny Honey

This is a late post. I should have posted it yesterday but better late than never. A few nights ago, my hubby and I were watching a football game between the Cowboys and the Chargers on television. Earlier that day, on our way to town, I told him that I had a crush on Tom Brady, the New England Patriots quarterback. That topic carried over when we were watching the football game. I asked him what star he had a crush on and he said that it was Jessica Simpson but after seeing her recent picture on a magazine cover, he said not anymore. I told him she had put on a lot of weight and that Tony Romo had dumped her because of her weight gain.

I told him the reason that I think Tom Brady is hot is that he has a lot of money and six pack abs. My hubby then said that he has abs too and money but not as much. I then said that he only has one pack abs and a big one at that. I thought he would get offended by the comment, instead he could not stop laughing out loud. I did not really think when I said that, it just came out of my mouth. He thought that it was the funniest comment I have ever made.

How to be a Good Kisser…

I admit I am not a good kisser. It is probably because I did not have much kissing practice when I was a teenager. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect. I have read an interesting article online about how to be a good kisser because I want to have an intimate moment with my husband that starts with a kiss. My husband and I have been married for more than six years now but we have not done any passionate kissing just yet because I don’t know how to do it well. When I kiss him, he has to wipe his face because I am sloppy. I don’t know how to kiss the way he wants it. For some reasons those kinds of things don’t come to me naturally.

The article gives some important tips in order to meet your partner’s ideal kiss. The article says that you need to pay attention to how your partner is reacting, moving and sensing it. In other words, be a good observer and later down the road you will kiss better. I will keep that in mind. I am a good observer but for some reasons, that kind of thing doesn’t sink in well in my mind.

Airsoft Guns

Are you familiar with the sport of paintball? It is kind of a grown up version of cops and robbers or army versus army that a lot of us played when we were kids. Paintball is a lot more sophisticated. In paintball you have air guns that shoot a soft paint filled capsule. The game is usually played in teams and the winner is the last man standing without paint on his outfit.

My hubby got invited to join a paintball team many years ago. He did not have the time to do it at that time but thought it would have been a lot of fun. He had been in the army and was really good with a pistol. He has the trophies to prove it. He has not heard much about paintball in recent years but since there is a store in our area that caters to it, he assumes that it must still be going strong. This area would be a great place to have paintball competitions because there are a lot of woods and hills to hide them.

My Back is Hurting

My back is hurting. It started yesterday after working non-stop trying to get a bunch of things done all at the same time. Now I am suffering from it. To add insult to the injury, I haven’t eaten anything yet and it is almost seven o’clock in the evening. I am getting very hungry but I am still here working on my blogs. I am waiting for my hubby to fry the walleye. I miss eating fresh walleye, we haven’t had any fresh since last summer. I hope my hubby will start cooking soon. Instead of cooking, my hubby is eating an ice cream bar. I can cook the fish but I will let him take charge of it because it is his walleye. I don’t want to mess up his fish .

Always Something

My husband has been trying to get the oil changed in our car for a couple of weeks now. The first time he looked for his oil filter wrench, he could not find it. It is just a cheap plastic tool that only cost a couple of bucks so he decided to just buy a new one the next time we went to the store. That sounded like a good idea at that time but after we got home and put the car up on the ramp, he found out it was the wrong size filter wrench. Now, we will have to go to the store again to get the right size. He has been having a lot of mental lapses lately because of the heavy duty pain pills he is taking. Poor baby! I hope you get well soon.

I did not expect that this blog would get a page rank of one in the recent Google page rank updates. Even though it is not that high, I am happy at least it has gotten ranked . It is better than having a PR 0. Consequently, this blog will be given more tasks than it was. Surprisingly, three more blogs of mine now have a page rank of 2 so I have six blogs altogether with that rank. I am expecting loads of work in the next few days. I need them so I can make more money. I need to work hard while I still can and while paid blogging is still on going. I need to take advantage of this opportunity because who knows how long this money making thing on blogging will last, especially with what is going on in our economy. Actually, since the economic downturns started, my income has dropped drastically.

Shaping Up My Body

It has been two weeks now since I began diligently following my new workout routine. I am now seeing some progress. I feel great now that I lost a few pounds. Even though I need to lose a few more, overall I am happy with the progress I have made so far.

It would be nice if I could fit in my old clothes again but I doubt it if I will be able to get my body back to the 24 inch waist line.  If I can't it won't be a big deal as long as I am able to get rid of my bulging belly.

I don't feel embarrassed anymore to wear sleeveless and short tops like the one pictured.  Even though my hubby is not complaining about my figure, I am shaping it up for my own good, health wise.  When I was heavy, I always felt tired.  After I lost a few pounds, I feel more energetic.

Now, I can say that I got rid of most of what I have gained over the winter season and what I gained from my vacation in the Philippines.

I have been working out for ten minutes only every other day.  My new fitness program really does work well for me.
