Guitar Amplifiers

One of my younger brothers has been asking me to buy him guitar amps. My sister in Germany and I gave him an electric guitar as his Christmas present a couple of years ago but instead of us buying it here abroad and have it ship to the Philippines, we sent the money. That way he could buy the electric guitar that he wanted since he knows musical instruments more than we do. I am not sure if he also got a guitar amp that goes along with his guitar because I think the money that we sent wasn’t enough. If he was not able to buy a guitar amp, my sister and I will buy it for him in the future because they can make good use of it there in the church.

PS3 Games

I am not much into gaming but occasionally I do play games online. That only happens once in a blue moon when I don’t have anything else to do. I never heard of Saints Row 3 until just recently. If you want to engage in the most ridiculously fun game playing scenarios, you should check out the Saints Row 3. My hubby has a PS3 but I don’t know what kind it is. I haven’t tried it out yet but hope to soon.

Compare, Shop and Save Big On Become

becomeWhen it comes to footwear, my hubby and I are world’s apart. I love to go for fashion and “the look”. My hubby, on the other hand, prefers comfort and fit. He doesn’t care what they look like as long as they are comfortable to wear.

After my last trip to the Philippines, I wish I had paid more attention to his emphasis on comfort. On the way over there, I got stranded in Manila because of weather and ended up staying in the airport for more than 24 hours. By the time I finally got home, my feet were swollen and sore. They bothered me for the whole rest of the trip. I should have listened to my hubby before I left and bought myself a nice pair of these strictly comfort shoes from Become.

Before we make our next trip I will definitely do some shopping for shoes. In the meantime, I can’t help looking at some of these gianni bini for special occasions. As long as I only have to wear them a couple of hours at a time, they would be really nice. Maybe I could try some of these asics sneakers for our next trip because they look like they would be stylish and comfortable.

Probably No Garden

We are probably not going to have a garden this year. The month of June is coming to an end and until now we still haven’t gotten our garden started. When I went to the Philippines for vacation, I thought that my hubby could get it started but he was not able. He has been dealing with some health issues that kept him from doing so. We haven’t even mowed our lawn yet. The grass is already above my knees. I wanted to mow the lawn but my hubby insisted that he would do it because he has to change the oil in the lawn mower first.

Despite the aforementioned situation, my hubby still bought green pepper, watermelon and a couple of tomato plants. He is planning to plant them in big buckets so that when the freezing temperatures come, we can put them in the house and be able to continue growing.

I am totally not in the gardening mood this year because of so many things going on. Furthermore, it is very discouraging to have a garden here up north because of the short summer season. I have always put a lot of work into our garden every year since I got here five years ago. Unfortunately, we have not harvested much out of it. When the heavy frost comes in September or October, much of our garden is not ripe yet for harvest.
