When it comes to footwear, my hubby and I are world’s apart. I love to go for fashion and “the look”. My hubby, on the other hand, prefers comfort and fit. He doesn’t care what they look like as long as they are comfortable to wear.
After my last trip to the Philippines, I wish I had paid more attention to his emphasis on comfort. On the way over there, I got stranded in Manila because of weather and ended up staying in the airport for more than 24 hours. By the time I finally got home, my feet were swollen and sore. They bothered me for the whole rest of the trip. I should have listened to my hubby before I left and bought myself a nice pair of these strictly comfort shoes from Become.
Before we make our next trip I will definitely do some shopping for shoes. In the meantime, I can’t help looking at some of these gianni bini for special occasions. As long as I only have to wear them a couple of hours at a time, they would be really nice. Maybe I could try some of these asics sneakers for our next trip because they look like they would be stylish and comfortable.

My New Watch
I like this new watch of mine. I got it for free, thanks to our nearby car dealership. I now have two watches but I like this one better because it is kind of sporty. My other watch is gold pleated. It was given to me by my hubby during our honeymoon in Cebu, Philippines. It was the fanciest watch that was given to me.
Even though I started wearing a wrist watch as early as first grade, those ones were not even as fancy as this. My mother bought me plastic watches as soon as I knew how to read the time. Most of those watches were just $0.50, good enough for a six year old kid
