Happy 1st Birthday

The little girl in the picture is my niece who just turned one year old. Happy birthday Baby Chloe! I am hoping that we can be there at your next birthday party.

When it comes to footwear, my hubby and I are world’s apart. I love to go for fashion and “the look”. My hubby, on the other hand, prefers comfort and fit. He doesn’t care what they look like as long as they are comfortable to wear.

After my last trip to the Philippines, I wish I had paid more attention to his emphasis on comfort. On the way over there, I got stranded in Manila because of weather and ended up staying in the airport for more than 24 hours. By the time I finally got home, my feet were swollen and sore. They bothered me for the whole rest of the trip. I should have listened to my hubby before I left and bought myself a nice pair of these strictly comfort shoes from Become.

Before we make our next trip I will definitely do some shopping for shoes. In the meantime, I can’t help looking at some of these gianni bini for special occasions. As long as I only have to wear them a couple of hours at a time, they would be really nice. Indoor Water Park

My two year old niece likes to join in outdoor Activities for Kids. During the summer season my sister takes her to the water parks more often than she used to and lets her play with the other kids. My niece likes water a lot and once she gets into the water, she doesn’t want to get out. Even when she gets cold, she still wants to play in the water but my sister won’t let her stay in too long, especially if it is in public because my niece gets itchy afterwards. When she is at home, she has her own pool on the balcony and can stay in the water as long as she wants.

I am not sure if they go to an outdoor or an Indoor Water Park. The only thing that I know is that, my niece doesn’t like to go home when she gets in the park. She must have been enjoying all of the Indoor Activities for Kids that she finds at the park. Yesterday, she and a family friend went to the park and when my sister told her that they needed to go home, my niece just told her “not yet”.
